The Perfect Combination Of Ingredients
The combination of a few ingredients makes this recipe more worthy and tasteful.
- Nuts: You can add nuts of your choice. I like and love to use roasted Cashews, Walnuts, Pecan, Pistachios, and caramelized Almonds.
- Oats: This recipe is basically for rolled oats but quick and instant oats can be used as well. I normally use roasted oats in my Oatmeal peanut butter bars as their flavor is very efficient.
- Raisins: There are so many varieties of raisins. The dried cranberries and dried cherries with some touch of blueberries taste very nice.
- Seeds: The oatmeal peanut butter bars are incomplete without the flavors of seeds. Pumpkin seeds and Flax seeds are other best healthy options.
- Peanut Butter: The main ingredient is Peanut Butter. Any type of peanut butter can work for these oatmeal bars. You can use another flavor of butter like almond butter for more flavor but I love to use only peanut butter because it gives you the honest and unique flavor of your perfect oatmeal peanut butter bars.

Healthy Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars
Equipment
- 1 Whisk ( Beater)
- 1 Large Bowl (for making Bars mixture)
- 1 large Dish (for baking or to put in the refrigerator for bars)
- 1 Food Processor (Crush the ingredients and mix them for No Oven Recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Cups Dried Nuts (I like to use roasted cashews, Almonds, pistachios, and caramelized Almonds and pecans)
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Butter (Softened)
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 and 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats (you can use roasted oats as well)
- 1/2 Cup Crushed Coconut ( Try to crush them into flakes)
- 1/2 Cup Flax Seeds (you can use chia seeds as well)
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds (optional)
- 1/2 Cup Mixed Raisins
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Powder (finely ground)
- 1/4 Cup Honey (pure honey)
- 2 Eggs (For Baking) Don't add in No oven recipe
- 1 tsp Baking Powder (for Oven recipe)
Instructions
- For OvenPreheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the large bowl with butter.
- Now put Peanut Butter, Brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla extract, and eggs in a large bowl. Blend or whisk it well until thoroughly combined. Now add baking powder, Mixed dry nuts, crushed coconut flakes, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, mixed raisins, ground cinnamon powder, and honey into it.
- Gently roll all the ingredients into a dough or mixture and mix it well. Now put this mixture into the greased bowl.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Make sure the bars must be slightly brown from the edges and soft from the center.
- Let it Cool before cutting them into bars. For more flavor, you can add chocolate chips, Chocolate of your favorite flavor, and some fruit sauce as well.
- For No OvenIn a bowl of a food processor, put all the nuts and finely chopped them. Add oats, mixed raisins, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, brown sugar, honey, butter, and coconut flakes in it and crush them slightly. Now add Peanut butter in it and mix it well.
- Now Put this mixture into a greased bowl and make an even layer. Now cover it and chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 2.5 hours or until firm. Use a knife to cut them into bars.
- For more delicious flavor you can add toppings of your favorite flavor to the oatmeal peanut butter bars.
